DALE MULLEN has over 30 years of design, operating and management experience in the field of telecommunications, information systems and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from University of Northern Arizona and Masters of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado.  Mr. Mullen has been a member of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants since 1986 and was president of that organization from 1990 � 1992.   DALE MULLEN has been a member of BICSI since 1992 and is currently pursuing his RCDD.

DALE MULLEN is a leader in the telecommunications industry and is recognized as one of the premier telecommunications consultants in the United States and internationally.  As an independent telecommunications consultant since 1981, DALE MULLEN has provided expert advice and management in the planning, design and implementation of telecommunications systems and networks.  The focus of DALE MULLEN�s consulting practice and industry involvement has been in the areas of integrated voice, data and video transport, digital networking, digital switching and call center switch-to-host (CTI) connectivity, and enterprise telecommunications management.  His resume of consulting work includes major telecommunications projects for fortune 100 companies and governmental network projects including state and nationwide networks.  

Mr. Mullen�s participation in a recent construction project for the City of San Francisco is an example of the expertise and vision he has brought to communications industry. In 1999 DALE MULLEN was asked to represent San Francisco International Airport in the planning, design and implementation of Airport�s access network, the campus and commercial building network infrastructure and IT systems for the Airport�s new international terminal complex.  This public works construction project, the largest in North America at the time, involved a unique access network and service provisioning process with two local exchange companies, over one million wire-feet of copper and optical fiber cable, and multiple diverse airport management information technology systems.  Dale Mullen�s successful management of this project extending over two-years exemplifies his professionalism, adherence to standards and project management excellence. 

DALE MULLEN has been making it happen in telecommunications for 30 years, doing it by the book, through relationships of trust and honor with his clients � doing it right the first time.  Mr. Mullen is nominated and most strongly recommended for the Harry J.
